How long does it take to deliver the goods?

 

We usually fulfill orders within 2-5 business days, depending on the products ordered and their quantity. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the order placement.
If you would like to receive your order faster, please write to us at labas@rustile.lt and we will check if we can expedite your order.

 

How can I pay for the goods?

You can pay for the goods in several ways:

  • PayPal. You can pay for your goods using your PayPal account.

  • Klix payments.  We cooperate with the secure online payment intermediary "Klix payments", which is managed by Citadelė bank. When choosing this payment method, you will be redirected to the intermediary and can choose from many payment options:
    • Citadele online banking;
    • Luminor online banking;
    • Revolut online banking;
    • SEB online banking;
    • Šiaulių bank online banking;
    • Swedbank online banking;
    • Credit or debit card.

  • Most popular payment methods. We cooperate with the secure online payment intermediary "Paysera". When choosing this payment method, you will be redirected to the intermediary and can choose from many payment options:
    • Paysera account;
    • Swedbank online banking;
    • SEB online banking;
    • Luminor online banking;
    • Citadele online banking;

  • Pay by card or Revolut Pay. Pay for goods using your Revolut app or credit or debit card.

  • Payment on delivery (COD) (+2Eur). If the goods are delivered to your home, you can pay by bank card or cash – in this case, please have the exact amount as the courier may not have change for larger sums. If the goods are delivered to a parcel locker – you can only pay by card. Cash collection on delivery costs 2Eur.

  • Bank transfer. If you choose this payment method, you will need to make the payment independently to our bank account using the following details:
    • Recipient: Couldsie, MB
    • Recipient’s account: LT767290099073042691
    • Payment purpose: Your order number (For example: "Order #12345")
You will find the order number in the order confirmation email sent to your provided email address.
Please make the transfer within 3 days, otherwise your order will be canceled.

What delivery methods do you offer? How much does delivery cost?

We work with all popular courier services in Lithuania:

  • DPD delivery to home or selected DPD parcel locker. 
  • Omniva delivery to selected parcel locker.
  • Venipak delivery to home or selected Venipak/LP Express parcel locker.
All delivery methods cost 2Eur, but if your order amount exceeds 70Eur, we will deliver your parcel for free!

    Where can I leave a comment about my order?

    If you want to leave a comment about your order, you can do so in the cart – before filling in your details. When the cart is not empty, a field "Message to seller" appears – this is where you leave your comment. You will not see your comment in the order confirmation, but we will see it. If you are unsure whether we received your message, feel free to contact us at labas@rustile.lt.

    I want to modify my order – how can I do that?

    If after placing your order you notice that you selected incorrect dimensions or design – contact us immediately by email at labas@rustile.lt or by phone +37067797785 (only on working days, 8:00-17:00). If the order has not yet started production, we can modify it. The production and delivery time will be recalculated from the day the modification is submitted.

    What does "Sewn" bedding set mean?

    Almost all our products are sewn only after receiving an order. This means you can choose from the dimensions we offer or contact us by email if you did not find your desired dimensions in our store.

    What does "Last units" mean?

    We sew some sets according to the most popular standard dimensions and keep them in stock. We no longer have fabric for such sets, so we cannot produce other dimensions of these sets after ordering. You can buy these products up to 45% cheaper! Standard dimensions and set composition of such sets:

    • Single – 150x215cm duvet cover, 70x70cm size pillowcase, 150x220cm fitted sheet without elastic. All covers without zipper.
    • Double – 200x220cm duvet cover, 2 pcs. 70x70cm size pillowcases, 200x220cm fitted sheet without elastic. All covers without zipper.

     

    Will I be able to return unsuitable goods?

     

    All products purchased in our online store have a 14-day return guarantee.
    If you change your mind about the product, the color or pattern did not suit you – contact us within 14 days of receiving or picking up the parcel at labas@rustile.lt.
    Provide your order number (for example #1234), the products you want to return, and the reason for the return.
    If you return the goods voluntarily, you bear all shipping costs. We will refund the money to your account within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods, minus the shipping costs.
    High-quality products made to individual orders and fabrics are non-returnable.


    I received the wrong product – what should I do?

    If you accidentally received something different from what you ordered – contact us immediately at labas@rustile.lt and we will correct the mistake as soon as possible.

    The product color is different than I expected – what should I do?

    We photograph bedding sets ourselves and try to reflect colors and patterns as accurately as possible. Some color discrepancies are possible due to different device resolutions and color displays. This is indicated in all product descriptions. Unfortunately, such discrepancies are not considered defects.

    The product dimensions did not match the ordered ones – what should I do?

    It is very important to measure the covers as soon as you receive the goods – before washing. Since fabrics are cut and covers are sewn by hand, a discrepancy of up to 2cm is possible. If the discrepancy is greater – contact us at labas@rustile.lt.

    After washing the bedding set, the covers shrank – is this normal?

    Yes – this is completely normal. Natural fabrics washed in warm/hot water tend to shrink. Usually, covers can shrink up to 5%, so we recommend choosing a slightly larger duvet cover size. If you notice greater shrinkage after washing, contact us at labas@rustile.lt. 

    What is the difference between satin and cotton fabric?

    Both satin and cotton fabric are 100% cotton fabrics, differing only in their weaving method. Satin threads are thinner, and the fabric is woven more densely. Its weight is 130g/sq.m. Satin is softer and lighter than cotton fabric. Cotton fabric is woven less densely, made from slightly thicker threads, is more durable but not as soft as satin. Cotton fabric weighs 146g/sq.m.

    Both fabrics are 100% natural, absorb moisture well, and allow the skin to breathe.

    I have had satin bedding before, but I didn’t like it because it was too slippery and static. Is your satin like that?

    Slippery and static satin is not made from 100% cotton. In Lithuania, there are fraudsters who sell bedding sets claiming they are satin, although they are not made from natural fabrics. Unfortunately, such sets are either completely synthetic or blended with synthetics, even if the packaging declares 100% cotton.
